  1. Azure firstPick the subscription and a region; only regions with free compute quota can be chosen.
  2. Desktops, sized for youPooled or personal, the worker profile and how many people, with the VM size and Microsoft 365 Apps or Intune.
  3. Network, access and namesA new or existing network, the Entra groups, an Intune device group and the local administrator.
  4. Review before anything changesQuota, permissions, names and leftover devices are checked, with exactly what Deploy creates.
  5. DeployGroups, foundation, host pool, session hosts and registration, with progress for each.
  6. Finish setupRDP sign-in, the storage app, Conditional Access and FSLogix permissions, each shown before and after and confirmed.
